Executive Committee

Triangle Bangladesh Society of North Carolina has an Executive Council (EC), which is elected for a two-year term. The current EC consists of Seven members:

President

Living in the Triangle area since 2015 and working at Truist Bank. He Loves to connect with people and enjoy the company of the same with high sense of humor and wit. Interest in technology, politics, business, economics and history. Loves to play cricket and listen to music in leisure times.

Mohammad Maruf Ahmed (Bipul)

Vice President

A Mechanical, Engineer, EMBA in Finance, working in manufacturing supply chain area as a certified profession. A dynamic and open minded individual with track record of building community, leading & organizing community events, initiate and support charitable works to help people in need.

Md Aminul Islam Bappee

General Secretary

Strong team player and loves to empower others. Amirul has a long track record of engaging in volunteering and philanthropic activities.

Mohammad Jahidullah

Treasurer

Mohammed Jahidullah is the NDIA Chair of Land Committee. He’s a accomplished software QA engineer II and he graduated from Stony Brook University, NY. He’s involved in monthly halaqa for Bengali community in RTP area.

Secretary

A Chittagong native who relocated to the RTP area in early 2010. Now working as a Senior Engineer at Applied Research Associates. Volunteered numerous community events, including many organized by TBSNC.

 

Nazmul
Khan

organizing Secretary

Living in Apex, Nazmul Khan graduated in computer science and now working at Conduent as a software test manager. A notary public, commissioned by Secretary of State, NC. He loves playing cricket and played in Apex Blues, RTP Tigers and  now playing with Royal Bengal Tigers (RBT)

Ziad
Siddique

Member

Living in North Carolina since 2016. Ziad’s background is in computer engineering and passionate for DIY projects. He loves sports and enjoy both playing cricket, soccer and watching basketball, and American football.
